okay the word for today ......TIRED !!!
today was the last netball training for 2007 , so of course Mdm teo wants to organize physical .
firstly we did our normal runs , i did improve from this wednesday's
timing : 10.33mins
Up till now i still can't believe that we endured through the whole year's training
UNBELIEVABLE !
there were s0 much quarrels and incooperation in this year , BUT... we pulled through !!
WOOHOO ^^
okay i continue , next we did 100 jumping jacks , OMG MAN ! i had stitches , still i jumped n jumped
some of us were out of tempo with the timing but still we managed to pull it through
nafter that we did quick feet n god , MY CALFS ARE ACHING BADLY
after that haven finish yet you know !!
we had push-ups, BUT IS NOT THE ORDINARY ONES !
we had to hold when we are down for 10secs

we did leg raisers n the whole tummy is shaking away and calling out to STOP
lastly we did our medicine ball passes , BUT MINE WAS 3KG !!!
wah i goin to cry cause the surface was rough and its HEAVY !!!
after i reached home , my eyes just shut immediately
okay not say straight away but after awhile

I HAVEN'T EATTEN MY LUNCH

Ok seriouslyafter the events group has planned out the whole layout and events ofthe sec 1's orientation camp.. (proudly say that i am one of the members =) )i just wana shout out this .....THEY ARE SUPER LUCKY !!!

because they include games like
Wacko , Curtain call , Trust tag , Hen and Egg etc.
of course i can't tell you every single game right ?
